The last three weeks have been very hectic indeed. I have had no time to return comments or finish reviews. I’m about to enter Easter break and boy do I hope to enjoy it. Although the first part of it will be catching up where I’v gotten behind in my school work. What has kept me so busy? My science course, man! it is a challenging course! But my teachers think I’m doing a super job and I have to remind myself I can’t be perfect in everything. I used to think because I was a Christian I had to be perfect. But God burst that bubble. I find it very ironic, God makes his point even when we are trying to do ‘something’ for him.
The second thing that has been keeping me busy is studying for my SATs. It has been intense because I realized that the type of stuff and questions they would be testing me on is not like anything I’ve had. But I’m learning quickly and just plan to storm those numbers and grammar up to test day.
This week some family friends came down to spend their spring break with my family. It was so nice to have them and they gave me an early birthday celebration. They didn’t realize it was probably the only hu-bub I’d get for my birthday. They got me some very meaningful presents but they also mean a lot to me as friends. Since I’m the shy and isolated one in my family time around people that just want to be around you always cheers me up.
